Treoir do Chruinnithe Tuismitheoirí/Muinteoirí
Is fóram é an cruinniú tuismitheoirí/múinteoirí chun obair agus dul chun cinn an dalta a phlé.
Is fearr ceisteanna íogaire a phlé ag am eile, trí choinne a dhéanamh leis an múinteoir cuí, Oide Bliana, Príomhoide Tánaisteach, Príomhoide nó Comhairleoir Treorach – pé duine is cuí.
Chun deis a thabhairt do gach tuismitheoir/caomhnóir am cuí a chaitheamh le gach múinteoir, bheimis buíoch as do chomhoibriú chun na cruinnithe a chóiméad gairid.
Má tá gá le tuilleadh plé, déan teagmháil le hoifig na scoile chun coinne a shocrú leis an duine cuí.
Tá fáilte roimh dhaltaí freastal ar an gcruinniú seo lena dtuismitheoir/caomhnóir.
Tabhair faoi deara na critéir seo a leanas:
- Ar theacht i láthair, buailfidh an tuismitheoir/caomhnóir agus an dalta leis an múinteoir cuí chun torthaí, obair agus iompar an dalta a phlé.
- Má theastaíonn ó mhúinteoir nó ó thuismitheoir labhairt go príobháideach, iarrfar ar an dalta céim siar a thógaint agus is féidir comhrá gairid a bheith ann.

Meeting Time: 4:10 – 6:40pm
Please note: To facilitate the setting up of classrooms for the meetings, classes will finish at 3:40pm on the day of the meetings.
Guidance for Parent/Guardian – Teacher Meetings
The parent/guardian teacher meeting is a forum to discuss the student’s work and progress.
It is preferable that sensitive issues be discussed at another time, by appointment with the relevant teacher, Year Head, Deputy Principal, Principal or Guidance Counsellor – whichever is most appropriate.
To allow each parent/guardian adequate time with each teacher, we would appreciate your cooperation in keeping meetings brief.
If further discussion is needed, please contact the school office to arrange an appointment with the appropriate person.
Students are welcome to attend this meeting with their parent/guardian.
Please note the following criteria:
- On arrival, the parent/guardian and student will meet the relevant teacher to discuss the student’s results, work and behaviour.
- If the teacher or parent wishes to speak privately, the student will be asked to step aside, and a brief conversation may take place.
Please keep meetings brief – maximum 5 minutes.
